A Compilation of Posts, a Potluck if you will.

I was addressed as MAAM last night. I know what you are all thinking, “What?!?, that gorgeous woman was called a MAAM!” That’s how I feel as well! It is clearly obvious to me, and to most of you, I’m sure….that I am a MISS! The man actually called me MAAM twice because I did not know he was talking to me the first time. Perhaps this wouldn’t bother me if I wasn’t under the 6 month mark to the age 30. And every time I log on Facebook, someone from our high school is turning 30. Maybe I’m having a 1/3 life crisis.

After you get married…..you are supposed to have babies, right? Right? No? Not sure? Yes? Who cares?

I was also caught today. I see a PA for all of my medical needs. She is great and she has been my care provider since we moved to Rapid City. I went in today for a routine thing and she says, “lets check when your last pap was….” YIKES! I know, I know, I should have a pap every year, but I am a year overdue. This year has completely flown by though. So, she caught me. I have to make an appointment for a pap.

Scenario:
Second major blizzard in 2 weeks. Lots of drifts. 4th day of school cancellation in 2 weeks. Everyone on the street is out shoveling huge drifts. You have a 4-wheeler with a plow on it.

Question:
Do you plow the whole sidewalk on your block?

Answer:
A. Heck yes I do. I’m a nice neighbor and I can clearly see that you and the rest of my neighbors are struggling with ridiculous drifts.

B. I’ll have to think about it. Maybe after I’m done spinning cookies and making a mess of the street.

C. Depends. I might do every other house. I might be a jerk.

D. No way, everyone else can be jealous of me and my 4-wheeler. In fact, I’m going to plow the sidewalk over and over again…..just because.

Notes to Self:
-Quit going to the Big D gas station on Omaha St. The cashier guy has an obvious crush on you. Yes, you are gorgeously attractive and people cant help but to hit on you, but you are a married woman, and I doubt you can be supportive of the guy’s meth habit.

-88oz of Diet Mt. Dew per day is NOT good for you. But it tastes good.

-Choose more appropriate shoes after a blizzard. Your new boots look hot, but they really are not very functional in the walking/standing up department.

-You will be a much happier person if you keep your purse organized.

I can sooo totally relate to your last comment, I like to think I am a somewhat organized person but...my purse is always a mess. I can never find s*%t in there and always get pissed when I get home that I cannot find my keys in all the garbage at the bottom...maybe I should get a smaller purse? No, cause then where would my husband put all his crap when we're out together?
